I saw a great idea for torn knees in your kid's pants and how to prevent them on your kiddos :)

1) Buy these patches at Walmart or JoAnn fabrics ($1.97-for 2)

2) Cut to fit around knee area and take the pants you are going to put them on and turn inside out. Then heat iron to wool heat and iron on the patch tothe knee area like the picture shows

3) This is how they will look when you finish both knees
4) And when you return them to their outside look again you can't even tell! it's perfect before your little one gets a hole to prevent them or after they have gotten one to make sure it doesn't get worse! Talk about saving some money!
